Uh oh....

I pride myself on our "careful-ness" (is that a word?) We don't leave coin money around, all small objects are put away, no knives or scissors lying about. I am especially careful that markers and crayons get put away. However, I forgot about the three crayons that are kept in our diaper bag to use at church. They are kept in a zip lock bag, and Jill hasn't figured out how to open those, so I thought. So I was switching loads of laundry, "shouting out" some of her clothes, when this happened. Jill was quietly playing on the floor while I was working. I finished and we went into the kitchen for lunch, it wasn't until about 2 hours later that I found this. Uh oh, beware of pride.

I so understand this feeling. When Amanda was about three, she was suppose to be napping. I went into her room after her nap and found beautiful A's drawn on her wall with a pencil. The A's were perfect, and I had to leave the room because I was starting to smile. Our kiddos always find a way regardless of our efforts. Enjoy! :)

That little stinker! =) I like that you named this entry "uh-oh" since that is one of Jill's favorite things to say. She is so cute even if she's destroying property. = )

Mason never colored on anything but paper, Kennedy on the other hand feels the world is her canvas and will and has colored on nearly everything at sometime or other, luckily it has nearly all washed off, hopefully Jill will stick to paper from now on-lol
