Since Gary loves to hunt and fish, he has discovered many new ways to prepare and cook his catches. See here for last big catch! So this is what he served us the other night for dinner. It is VENISON CHILI. And it was SO Yummy! I loved the cheese and sour cream as the garnish. He takes such good care of us.

I was one of the lucky ones that recieved some of Gary's chili, unfortunatly he didn't give me any of the garnishments. It was still very good.
Next time cut the halepnas a little smaller.
